Hassle-free Returns for Your Satisfaction

At ByMayabench, we want you to love your new tees! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items:

To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
With original tags attached
In their original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items:
Sales items 

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at bymayabench@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your items back to us.
Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet the eligibility criteria, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Information:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, you'll need to return your unwanted item and place a new order.
